It's easy to go a little stir crazy on a snow day. If the roads are good, you might want to check out my posts on Snow Sports in Siouxland and Places to Play Indoors in Sioux City . But until the plows work their magic, here are my 10 favorite non screentime ways to have fun on a snowday (no sanctimommy here though, we totally do screentime too!)

Have you heard about Freegal yet? Every Sioux City Public Library card holder can download 5 free mp3 songs each week, and they are yours to keep, and it is all completely legal! Just go to this link or click on the "eresources" tab on the Sioux City Library homepage and then choose Freegal. Then, login with your library card. If it asks for a pin number, that should be your four digit month and day of birth, but ask a librarian if that doesn't work.
